Having spent considerable time designing and developing the TA-240 tone arm it seemed only right to place it on an appropriate platform. The TT-319, as with every product that we design has to fit both cosmetically and functionally.

A clean sheet of paper and new ideas has produced a platform noticeably different by its design yet meeting its criteria of being able to effectively support the TA-240 tone arm, reduce vibrations through the use of proprietary materials and yet fit with other products within the range.

Full details of this outstanding deck will follow shortly, with a projected release date of early 2012.

Low Signals levels can carry with them unwanted vibration and resonances and it is for this reason that we need the best cartridge support if we are to succeed at converting mechanical and vibrational energy into an electrical signal with little loss or colouration
The TA-244 tone arm currently under development is being designed with the control and suppression of vibrations paramount,
Oritons proprietary damping and a mixture of carbon and composites through out the design show positive early results,
A key feature of the design is the new horizontal pivot, doing away with conventional bearings.
Predicted release date, early 2012.

Features that appeared as the result of the development work on the R-33 now appear in the soon to be released PA-70 power amp,

The PA-70 sees individual mounting posts for the printed circuit boards, with each post being isolated from the next helping control resonances and vibrations within the board, this is something we feel strongly about and has such a huge effect upon the signal that we have applied for a Patent.

The structure of the PA-70 is acrylic, the transformer sits external, signal lengths have been kept to a minimum and the rectification stage is an in house design.

.The PA-70 will be a direct replacement for a shelf in the R33 support system, or can be supplied as a stand alone unit.

Due for release early 2012
